Description
The 14th Festival de la Longaniza in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, is a beloved family tradition that celebrates the rich culture and community spirit of the region.
Set in the heart of the island, surrounded by the lush green mountains, this festival offers a perfect blend of fresh air, delicious food, and vibrant entertainment.
The event will feature live music, a variety of traditional dishes centered around longaniza, artisan crafts, an agricultural market, health clinics, exotic birds, animals, pony rides, and much more.
The culinary delights include longapurrias, arroz con longaniza, pasteles, frituras, sancocho, and longalaos.
